Exchange
PoGo! Electronics will exchange and replace manufacture defective products within the  warranty period. Customer must have proof of purchase (receipt) to supply PoGo! Electronics. You send the faulty product at your own expense to our designated Repair Center and, upon its receipt at the Repair Center in good order, we send you a replacement/the repaired unit within 2 to 4 business days. Please contact techsupport@pogoelectronics.com to get an official RMA number. Shipping will refuse shipments without an official RMA number and we WILL NOT reimburse your shipping cost and any delays will count as part of your warranty period.

If you purchased your product directly from PoGo!
PoGo! Electronics will accept returns for refund within 30 days of the original purchase date on your invoice, please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Please contact techsupport@pogoelectronics.com to get an official RMA number. Shipping will refuse shipments without an official RMA number and we WILL NOT reimburse your shipping cost and any delays will count as part of your 30 day return privilege time. Any missing product accessories/free promotional items will be charged back at the full retail price. Contact customer service for the current pricing of all product accessories.


If you purchased your product through a retail location or from a reseller
You may be eligible for a full credit within the retailer or reseller's return policy. You should contact the retail location where you purchased the product, as return policies may vary. PoGo! Electronics cannot accept product returns for products purchased through a retail location or from a reseller.
