Innovative Wireless Audio Provides Streaming CD Quality Audio From PC’s, PocketPC’s and other Portable Devices to Home and Car Audio Systems

Las Vegas, NV November 19, 2002 -- Cable Replacement Technologies, Inc. and PoGo! announced today it would showcase its wireless solution via Bluetooth? to replace conventional audio cables allowing wireless streaming audio. This innovative hardware and embedded software solution provides wireless transmission of CD quality audio (94dB signal to noise, 0.003% THD) from mobile devices, at low cost. PoGo! will be demonstrating the technology at booth #10539 this week during Comdex 2002, by showing a PocketPC and a Personal Computer streaming MP3 audio to wireless speakers and headphones.

The personal computer based product provides a low cost, easy to use, wireless system to allow the playback of MP3 files that are stored on a PC in one room over the home stereo system, which is usually located in another room. PoGo! is also looking at incorporating the technology in portable digital players for wireless connectivity to other third party devices, such as headphones, speakers, and car audio systems.”
